Mindfulness is at the core of everything we do. We recognize that creativity and innovation are born from focused, healthy minds and we are committed to creating a culture and a community of mindful leaders, from the inside out. Join us at the Oyl + Water Headquarters for weekly mindfulness classes and monthly workshops, led by Laura Bennett, MSN, ARNP, CNM and Mindfulness teacher. We will provide chairs, cushions, water, ambient lighting and a calming, beautiful environment to end your day. You are invited to bring your favorite mat or meditation prop, curiosity and positive energy.
About the Classes
Each Tuesday, from 6-7pm, we invite the community into our boutique for a 60-minute mindfulness class. Each class will begin with a themed discussion on mindfulness, followed by a 20-25 minute guided meditation. We will always allow time for follow up questions and answers for personal development.
Each week, we will focus on a different theme. Each theme builds on the previous week so participants are encouraged to come to all 13 classes for maximum benefit. But, that is certainly not required! The intention of these classes is to teach participants the practice of mindfulness meditation for greater awareness and a deeper sense of calm, clarity and groundedness. We believe this creates a foundation for health and happiness.
